To offer the most cost effective option to our customers, all our products are available as sale or rental items. Intervention Sleeve Range
Following on from the successful V0 Q1 Qualification of the WellVeX Plug Expanding Seal Element and the introduction of the Wellvene DHSV Remedial Tool Package, the natural tool progression to further compliment the DHSV remedial package was to further enhance the design of the WellVeX to provide a Dual Expanding Element Pack Off (DEWellVeX) that could be used in conjunction with OEM or Wellvene / Viking Supplied API Monogrammed Insert DHSV’s to provide a superior seal, compared with that of conventional V-Packings. The design of a Pack Off c/w Dual Expanding Element also lends itself to providing a superior isolation tool for Tubing Hangers, SSD’s and Closed End Isolation for Shallow Set Plug / Barrier within the DHSV Nipple Profile.

Our Tubing Hanger Isolation Sleeve is designed specifically to suit your tubing hanger profile size and type. Available in a range of materials to suit all well conditions, the sleeve can be supplied c/w setting tool, retrieval tool and all required consumables.
Our DHSV Isolation Sleeve is designed specifically to suit your DHSV profile size and type. Available in a range of materials to suit all well conditions, the sleeve can be supplied c/w setting tool, retrieval tool and all required consumables.
Our SSD Isolation Sleeve is designed specifically to suit your SSD profile size and type. Available in a range of materials to suit all well conditions, the sleeve can be supplied c/w setting tool, retrieval tool and all required consumables.
Wellvene design and manufacture DHSV Pack-Off Extensions to suit any size and type of insert DHSV. Available in a range of materials to suit all well conditions, these can be supplied c/w required Lock Assembly and V-Packing Stacks.
Accurate well characteristic flow data is key to the successful set up, installation and operation of a Storm Choke. The Storm Choke Data Carrier is designed to replicate the exact outer profile of the selected Storm Choke. Memory pressure / temperature gauges are installed within the carrier to record the accurate well flow characteristics at the selected depth in well and across the Storm Choke profile. The recorded data is then analysed to allow for the Storm Choke set up.
The Drop Lock Protection Sleeve offers a means of protecting DHSV seal bores or holding open flappers whilst allowing the toolstrings to continue in the well to depths below the DHSV. When the toolstring is pulled up through the sleeve an internal no go lift sub is engaged and the sleeve is lifted free from the profile. By selecting to remove the no go lift sub the toolstring can be pulled through the sleeve completely, therefore leaving the sleeve in-situ. The sleeve can later be pulled using a GS pulling tool. This method can be used for both slickline or coil tubing set sleeves.
The Secure Lock Protection Sleeve offers a low cost lock in sleeve designed to protect DHSV seal bores from wire or coil damage during intervention operations. On wells with damaged or leaking control lines, the sleeve provides a means of holding open the flapper valve to allow safe access below DHSV depth.
With a range of sizes to suit most common DHSV types and available in a range of material specifications to suit your well conditions, Wellvene can supply a sleeve to meet your requirements.
Set and retrieved on a standard GS running / pulling tool.
Most common 5.5 DHSV sleeves offer an ID of approximately 3.9”. This is suitable for most applications, however in the case whereby access is required through the sleeve with medium expansion permanent or retrievable bridge plugs with a typical ID over 4.0” the standard protection sleeve is unsuitable. The Max ID Protection Sleeve comes with an ID of 4.2”
For Subsea operations, this can offer a reduction in wireline runs, while reducing risk, time and cost.
Download data sheetThe Wellvene WLN no-go landing nipple provides a means for installing a single or series of positive landing nipples assemblies within the completion string. Available in a range of sizes and materials to suit your well design and conditions, the nipple can be supplied with a choice of premium connections to suit the completion design requirements.
The Wellvene WLM lock mandrel is designed to suit the WLN no-go landing nipple and comes with a working pressure rating of up to 7,500psi from above and below. Each lock mandrel is supplied c/w setting tool, retrieval tool and all required consumables.

Designs can range from a single casing centralisation clamp to an arrangement of individual block clamps designed and manufactured specifically to suit the selected wellhead arrangement.
Side load and axial load stress analysis reports with detailed calculations are issued with all clamp designs.
In ageing wells with uncertainty around the condition and integrity of casing strings, a requirement has been identified to consider the installation of a wellhead support clamp to minimise potential buckling through increased load and stress of the casing strings. With the increasing volume of P&A operations, additional loads are being applied to casing strings and wellheads with the installation of heavy weight drilling and intervention equipment. To support the casing string and distribute the loads onto the conductor, Wellvene offer a bespoke conductor clamp arrangement designed and manufactured specific to the selected wellhead configuration.

The WellVeX has been designed to provide a landing nipple blanking plug that combines the sealing capability and integrity assurance of a bridge plug expanding element with the operational simplicity and reliability of a conventional lock mandrel.
The slickline set WellVeX is available to support the demand for Tubing Hanger, Annulus & Production Bore Isolation during Platform and Subsea P&A operations. The ISO 14310 Grade V0 Q1 and ISO 16070 qualified plug, offers a single element true bi-directional seal, that can be retrofitted to suit existing OEM landing nipple profiles.
